BOARD MEMBERS

Christine Argyris, Chair

Christine Argyris is a member of ACTRA and an Alumni of The Second City Comedy Theatre.  In front of the camera, Christine has over 20 years experience in acting, voiceover, animated voiceover work and modelling. A strong background in sports, she has also coached Rep Basketball in Ontario empowering young girls in sports.  Christine wore the hat of Associate Producer for Enriching Pictures and Marketing Assistant for the film “Hansel & Gretel” which made its film debut at the Cannes Film Festival. She also was a Production Assistant for several years at Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) for various films.  Christine has been on the Board of Directors of the Female Eye Film Festival (FeFF) as Secretary for the last three years. 

Martin Harbury

As an Independent Producer, Writer and Director, Martin’s many productions have won awards in Canada and around the world. He has worked in every sector of the film and television industries; in drama and documentary, as a network executive at CBC, and as a film funder for the Ontario government.
 

He was a founding member of the Television branch of the Academy of Canadian Film and Television, and a board member of the Actors Fund of Canada. Martin is also an author of several non-fiction books as well as a theatrical director and dramaturge. He has just completed his first novel and started on the next one.

Min-Ling Chen

Min-Ling Chen is a media professional with a strong background in creative production and strategic project management. She holds a Diploma in Broadcast Television/Videography from Humber College in Canada, where she specialized in production management, digital editing, and creative direction. During her internship at the Female Eye Film Festival, Min-Ling contributed to film evaluation, reviewing diverse submissions across genres, and played a key role in supporting initiatives such as the International Women’s Day program at TIFF Bell Lightbox—celebrating female voices in cinema and promoting inclusivity within the industry.

Min-Ling’s entrepreneurial experience has further strengthened her leadership abilities. She successfully founded and led cross-border teams, demonstrating a keen ability to unite diverse perspectives, streamline operations, and align projects with long-term strategic goals. Her expertise in managing multicultural teams has sharpened her skills in driving collaboration and fostering inclusivity—key qualities that align with the values of diversity, equity, and empowerment.
